NAAAHR 2010 "Excellence in HR" Scholarship Program
Application Deadline:
September 15, 2010
The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) - Atlanta is committed to preparing human resource professionals through education, workshops, information services and support systems to ensure that HR is an essential and effective partner in developing and executing organizational strategy within each member's respective organization. We are equally as committed to ensuring that we support our future HR leaders who are engaged in completing their education in this field of study.
Annually, we provide scholarships to a person(s) in the study of human resources management, or a related field. Candidate’s qualifications and Scholarship Award package will be evaluated by a panel of three qualified judges. This year, we will be awarding one undergraduate scholarship and one graduate scholarship. Our selections will be announced at our Scholarship Banquet in November 2010. The winners will be invited to join us for this gala event. As a bonus benefit, undergraduate scholarship recipients will receive paid student membership to NAAAHR Atlanta until graduation. Graduate scholarship recipients will receive 1 year paid student membership to NAAAHR Atlanta.
