You will enjoy lively discussions with your peers while gaining critical insights from a variety of perspectives, including Resume Development, Effective Networking, Interviewing and Negotiating.
This career management program consists of three monthly sessions:
- Session One: Taking Charge of Your Career. Includes a DISC Assessment to help you discover ways to enhance your personal effectiveness and define a strong self-marketing strategy. This session explores strategies for structuring an accomplishment based resume.
- Session Two: Developing a Path to Success. What is your personal brand? This session teaches you how to develop your verbal and written message focusing on values, needs, motivators, skills and achievements via self assessment. You'll also learn how to develop a written marketing campaign and an effective networking strategy.
- Session Three: Launching Your Career Campaign. This session leverages what you learned in Sessions One and Two to help you develop an action plan and implement your marketing strategy, including tips on interviewing and negotiating.
